Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Elixir of Life.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories (where applicable).
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please do not return any items before contacting us, as return instructions will be provided once your request has been reviewed.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@elixirthebrand.com with your order number and photographs of the item.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Personalised or custom-made products
• Any item that has been used or is not in its original condition

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, please contact us first.

Where possible, we will assist with an exchange. If an exchange is not possible, a refund may be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.
